How long does shipping take?

On average, your order will be processed and shipped within 2-7 business days of placing the order. Thank you for your patience- As a small business owner who does work a corporate job, i I am a one man band and play all the roles from maker, to packer, to shipper so your patience is appreciated. U.S. orders are shipped through USPS and take about 2-5 days in transit to arrive to most domestic addresses. During peak seasons, shipping may be delayed due to an influx of packages moving through the postal service.

What is your return policy?

We do not offer returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged upon arrival, defective or if you were sent the wrong item. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

How will I know my order shipped?

You will receive an automated email with your tracking number when your order label is first created in our system! Please note the tracking information will read "USPS awaiting item" for all domestic packages until the order is packaged and dropped off at the post office. Once the package is dropped off and scanned in at the post office, the tracking info will update. Most U.S. orders’ transit time is 2-5 business days. If you do not receive a tracking email, reach out to us below!
